- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

- Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items:
